Meet The Team

Our team of co-directors is made up of three creative freelancers with a broad range of experience and expertise in arts and culture.

On every project atleast two of the co-directors is on the ground facilitating as the lead artists.

    “Mustard Stories Arts is built on listening first. Everything we do is about creating space for people to be heard, because when communities lead the conversation, meaningful change becomes possible.”

    Natasha is a theatre director and community artist working across the North East and nationally. Her practice is rooted in commitment to the power of people’s stories.

  • Eilis McGowan

    CO-DIRECTOR

    “You can’t be what you can’t see. We want to help people carve a space for themselves in the arts that relfects their lived experience.”

    Eilis is a creative producer and faciliator from, and working in, the North East. Her work is often intergenerational across a multitude of communities.

    Elijah is a North East based writer and actor in theatre and television, alongside his work in community arts.
